I was initially enthusiastic about discovering a new nail technician near my residence. However, my experience was underwhelming. During my pedicure and dip appointment, my requests were not fully met - my nails were coated entirely in glitter despite my preference for a subtle touch. Additionally, the shape of my nails did not align with my desired rounded style. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met with unprofessional responses and excuses. The technician's lack of accountability and dismissive attitude left me disappointed. Upon requesting a redo, I was met with further inconvenience and disrespect. I explained to her about my experience at the previous place. She made me feel so comfortable. Make my experience a positive one.
