This marks my third visit to this place. The therapists here are exceptionally kind, providing top-notch massages that target and alleviate specific pain points using traditional Chinese oils and hot stones. The ambiance of the shop is pristine and inviting. I look forward to returning, with gratitude 🙏...
Discovered an old gift card for this establishment and phoned to inquire about its remaining value. The individual on the line instructed me to call back in an hour. Upon doing so an hour and a half later, I was met with a stern reminder that I was told to call back within an hour. Despite this, I followed the given time of 2:30. The response I received regarding the expired card was discourteous. When I mentioned the rudeness, a compromise was made, but the overall experience led me to discard the gift card and vow to never return.
Received an exceptional massage from Sarah. Incredibly welcoming, with a radiant smile and a true professional in the field of massage therapy. The time spent with her was truly delightful, as she attended to my needs in the most attentive manner. Regrettably, she has since departed from the establishment.
