Had a WONDERFUL experience with Kayla! I was on vacation (I'm from Oregon) and really wanted a spider web tattoo from my trip to Colorado. I tried calling ahead of time to see if there was any availability.. they don't have a receptionist, just a couple artists, so if they're tattooing they can't answer the phones. So if you can't get ahold of them by phone, DON'T GIVE UP! I couldn't get ahold of them by phone, so I stopped by the shop at just the right time and was able to get started right away! Kayla did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted! She was very clean and light handed and seemed to truly care about what I wanted and made sure I got exactly that. Also, she was nice to talk to while getting the tattoo.
