The stylist did not follow my instructions for the haircut. Instead, she imposed her own style without considering my preferences. She did not even ask for my opinion before demanding payment. This lack of consideration and poor customer service was extremely disappointing.
Supercuts is amazing. I've visited this establishment three times in the last 5 months and each time has been consistently excellent. Norma does an outstanding job.
Drew did a fantastic job styling my son's hair. His long, curly hair can be challenging to work with, but Drew exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be returning and requesting Drew's services again!
