My involvement at this establishment was extraordinary. It was my initial visit for a sew-in after a long time, and being a newcomer, I was unsure of what to anticipate. Upon entering, I was anxious as I arrived a tad late, expecting a penalty, but she clarified about a 15-minute grace window, easing my nerves. Ty, the hairstylist, worked on my hair for 3 hours, and I relished every moment. As a customer, I seek top-notch service and pleasant company, particularly for services that demand hours of presence, and that's precisely what Ty delivers. I highly suggest this place and will return soon.
This was an excellent experience! She was punctual, handled my hair delicately (as I am quite sensitive lol), executed my sew-in beautifully, and even taught me how to curl my hair for future self-styling ☺️ I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!
