I had called in advance to inquire about nail removal services and their pricing. I was informed that they do provide this service. However, upon arriving, I was told that my nails needed to be at least 3 months old for removal. The staff member I interacted with was impolite and refused to remove my nails, claiming lack of time. It was a disappointing experience with poor service.
The team members here are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I visited for eyebrow shaping, pedicure, and nail services. My nails were beautifully done by Loc, he truly excelled!
I have been a regular visitor to this place for many years. The team here is extremely skilled and professional. The drive from the northern part of the country is definitely worth it.
