As an individual who previously refrained from indulging in nail treatments due to past disappointments, I am now contemplating the possibility of an impending engagement. Thus, I decided to start getting my nails done and have consistently left the salon feeling exceptionally satisfied. My experiences with the meticulous and attentive nail technicians, Elle and Quinn, have been truly delightful. I have revisited the establishment thrice already and have no intention of ceasing my visits. The pricing is notably reasonable in comparison to other gel manicure services, and I am thrilled to have designated CenDuxe as my preferred nail salon.

Under new management, Cendeluxe has undergone a remarkable transformation. It is evident that prioritizing customer experience is now the focal point. The salon consistently maintains a high level of cleanliness. My dip manicure and classic pedicure were executed flawlessly, thanks to the friendly and attentive service provided by Riley and Morgan. Even after relocating to a different town, I have no intention of seeking nail services elsewhere.

I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. While the salon appears clean and recently renovated, there is significant room for improvement in terms of service quality. My nail technician, Luca, was conversational and amiable; however, her execution left much to be desired. Despite my repeated requests for corrections, the gel manicure I received exhibited messy cuticles, unaddressed blood residue, dry skin, haphazardly applied nail polish, bubbles, and dust particles embedded in the gel. Yet, the most egregious aspect was the subpar job on my standard pedicure. Although the massage was enjoyable, the treatment of my calluses was lacking. The nail painting process was a nightmare, with numerous repaints resulting in uneven nail shapes. One nail was damaged, which was attributed as the cause, but the inconsistency across all toes cannot be overlooked. The nail polish has been drying for over two hours, with some areas coated with a fast-drying top coat while others remain wet. Additionally, the discrepancy in color between my fingers and toes is quite comical. Lastly, the demeanor of the owner was notably cold, lacking any warmth or hospitality. In a high-end area with premium pricing, exceptional customer service is imperative. Despite not voicing my concerns on-site, I am leaving this candid review in hopes that the establishment may reflect on these issues.
