I began visiting John Lane's salon in early 2017, and I must commend the consistently friendly and professional staff. The customer service is exceptional, with minimal to no waiting times. Theresa, my stylist, prioritizes the health of my hair and is well-versed in the products she uses, always explaining their benefits. The new salon location is pristine, from the decor to the equipment. Every aspect of the studio is fantastic, and I am thrilled to be a loyal client for life.
This Hair Salon is absolutely amazing! Our 14-year-old daughter loves the incredible skills of Shauntreece. Usually, we opt for a silk press, but for her Homecoming Court, our daughter wanted a unique style. Thank you, Shauntreece, for showcasing your talent!
I underwent a double process perm and color treatment, which should have used an alkaline-based color but didn't. Consequently, I suffered a chemical burn due to the acidic treatment. Despite contacting the stylist, no one addressed the issue, leading me to seek medical help for a steroid shot and additional products to treat my burned scalp and skin. I am still awaiting a response from the salon owner.
