I cannot thank Crystal enough for the magic she worked on my hair. After a disastrous stint with boxed dye during quarantine, my hair was a mess - damaged, too dark, just awful. I had contemplated going to a high-end salon, but the cost was way out of my budget. Crystal spent hours patiently fixing the mess, doing all the necessary corrections, coloring, and highlights. The results were beyond my expectations and all at a very affordable price. Shear Luck truly exceeded all my hair expectations.
I have to say, Shear Luck is the only place in Albany where you can get top-notch services at such affordable prices. The staff there, all the fantastic women, are just incredible. I've been a loyal customer for the past couple of years, and I can say without a doubt that they are reliable whether you walk in, call ahead, or book an appointment. I highly recommend them!
That was hands down the best haircut I've ever gotten. The prices were so reasonable, and Crystal was just amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered flawlessly.
