My recent visit was for hair color, a cut, and styling. Fortunately, the hair color turned out well. I requested a trim and some layers, but only ended up with bangs and no layers or trimming. Additionally, I asked for a blow-dry, but was advised that air-drying would be better. Feeling impatient after 3 and a half hours, I left. Upon reaching home, I noticed my hair felt strange, with residue and an inability to run my fingers through it. After contacting the salon, they accommodated me for a wash. I recently had a one-hour massage with Victor.
My session was scheduled from 9:45 to 10:45. The front desk informed me of a 5-minute grace period before and after the appointment for dressing - totaling 10 minutes off the session.
Victor finished at 10:30 (15 minutes before the end of my appointment).
I raised this with the front desk, who then inquired if there was an issue that led to the early finish. I had my nails done here a week ago and I'm still talking about them!! I've been getting my nails done for over a decade (acrylic, dip, gel, you name it) and I always wondered why no salon ever included a hand massage... it's usually only with a regular manicure... which never made sense to me... but this salon not only gave me a hand massage, but also a shoulder massage!!!!!!!!! Truly the best experience. Incredibly clean and very efficient. I adore booking nail appointments, so I was delighted they only accept appointments! Hooray!! My regular manicurist was unavailable, so I had to find a reliable salon to do a powder dip. After searching for local recommendations, I found a highly recommended one on Facebook for Vivi Nails. Even though they had only recently opened, I decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews. I was warmly welcomed by Michael, Anna, and Lisa. Anna did my nails, and both Michael (an American born and raised individual) and Anna spoke fluent English. The best part? They had an incredible selection of powder dip colors! Since I have very thin nails, they were extremely careful with the instruments, and my nails turned out great. I will definitely be returning. What a fantastic experience I've had! I've been eagerly anticipating this for years, and I'm thrilled that I finally went for it. My lash guru was Julie, and the photos are in sequence of the process along with a glimpse of her workspace. I chose the hybrid lash set, and I'm absolutely delighted with my new eyelashes. My natural lashes are very thin, short, and sparse, so I wasn't sure if I was a suitable candidate for the eyelashes. I was overjoyed when Julie assured me it wouldn't be an issue. The whole process took around 2 1/2 - 3 hours, and it was definitely worth it. The taping on my face helped in preventing the bottom lashes from interfering with the top ones and getting entangled. I was referred by an acquaintance to receive a facial from Christina. My skin is highly sensitive and I was hesitant to give her a try. The facial exceeded my expectations and she conducts herself with utmost professionalism. Her studio is charming as well!
