My recent visit was for hair color, a cut, and styling. Fortunately, the hair color turned out well. I requested a trim and some layers, but only ended up with bangs and no layers or trimming. Additionally, I asked for a blow-dry, but was advised that air-drying would be better. Feeling impatient after 3 and a half hours, I left. Upon reaching home, I noticed my hair felt strange, with residue and an inability to run my fingers through it. After contacting the salon, they accommodated me for a wash. However, my hair was left in a messy state without proper conditioning and styling.
I've been frequenting Kendall for my hair and beard for over 2 years and followed them to their new studio at Her & Sir. They exhibit professionalism in their craft. The new location is a bit farther to travel to, but it exudes a much more pleasant ambiance. It's clean and inviting. I wholeheartedly recommend Her & Sir, and if you manage to secure an appointment with Kendall, you'll be delighted with the results! 😀 Like a skilled mechanic, a top-notch stylist can be hard to come by.
