The front desk attendant at the Harborview Salon lacks in customer care. Instead of a warm greeting, I was met with a cold, critical gaze upon arrival. This unwelcoming attitude also extended to my kids, ages 7 and 8, who received unwelcoming stares. Such conduct is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Without the exceptional service from my stylist, I would not consider returning to this place.
You don't even deserve a single star. To have a lady come to your Pine Summit Salon on her birthday and no one shows up, despite being promised special treatment, is unacceptable. She is so kind, and your business is failing. I will not hesitate to spread the word.
