Initially, I was shifted between stylists abruptly without any prior notification. They simply gestured towards a chair and instructed me to relocate. During my manicure, one of the stylists I was seated with proceeded to attend to another client's nails, leaving me waiting aimlessly. Eventually, I left for 20 minutes. Despite requesting medium-length almond nails, the outcome depicted in the picture is far from what I desired. My nails were filed excessively short, causing discomfort as they cut into my nail beds, leading to bleeding on multiple fingers. Presently, I am experiencing intense pain in my fingers, radiating through my hands and arms.
Following a spa pedicure, a child's pedicure, and a tween's intricate gel nail design, we emerge as content patrons! The technicians exude a sense of tranquility, friendliness, and remarkable skill, while the ambiance of the establishment is both aesthetically pleasing and conducive to relaxation. We are delighted that this business has become a part of our neighborhood!
Having frequented this nail salon numerous times since relocating to Fiddlers Creek, today's visit stands out as the most unpleasant experience. The young individual performing my pedicure barely engaged in conversation or acknowledged my presence. Furthermore, the gentleman tasked with an acrylic repair audibly burped upon seating himself at the table, displaying a lack of manners by failing to excuse himself. He handled my foot roughly, as if bestowing upon me a great favor. Upon departure, I felt disinclined to tip, yet out of politeness, I handed each of them $5 as I left. However, the girl callously snatched the money from me and flung it onto the counter near the cash register. In hindsight, I should have promptly retrieved the money. On a brighter note, Teri at the reception desk consistently exudes friendliness, warmth, and enthusiasm. It is regrettable that I will not have the opportunity to encounter her again as I have decided not to revisit the establishment. I shall take my $58 pedicure business elsewhere.
