Initially, I was shifted between stylists abruptly without any prior notification. They simply gestured towards a chair and instructed me to relocate. During my manicure, one of the stylists I was seated with proceeded to attend to another client's nails, leaving me waiting aimlessly. Eventually, I left for 20 minutes. Despite requesting medium-length almond nails, the outcome depicted in the picture is far from what I desired. My nails were filed excessively short, causing discomfort as they cut into my nail beds, leading to bleeding on multiple fingers.
