We are new to Naples and I found Samantha on Google maps. I texted them via Google maps at 11:30pm on a Saturday (not expecting a reply until the next day or 2), they responded almost immediately. Samantha is awesome! They accommodated us on a Sunday afternoon. If you live in or are visiting Naples, they are your go-to person! So very personable and professional. Samantha even took the time to show my 14-year-old different ways to style her hair and explain what products and tools to use to get the different looks. They even told her if she had questions about styling her hair to just call or text them or she could come in and Samantha would show her how to use other products and methods. They are so awesome! We will definitely be going back for all our follow-up hair care! The front desk attendant at the Harborview Salon lacks in customer care. Instead of a warm greeting, I was met with a cold, critical gaze upon arrival. This unwelcoming attitude also extended to my kids, ages 7 and 8, who received unwelcoming stares. Such conduct is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Without the exceptional service from my stylist, I would not consider returning to this place.

Wow, what a fantastic job on my nails! I'm not sure who did them, but I believe their name was Francis? Today, I walked in without an appointment and they took me right away! I love that they accept Venmo for payment. No long wait for my nails to be done like other places. Great experience today. Thank you to the owner for being so kind (I'm pretty sure she's the owner). I think her name is Lien. She was incredibly nice and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised she took me right away!
