AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Despite negative feedback, I took a chance due to a fully booked alternative. I presented a picture of my desired look to Cindy, who claimed she could deliver. I requested acrylic nails with a black French tip. The procedure was swift and painless, but the outcome is abysmal. Despite numerous attempts to fix the French tip, after the fourth try, I couldn't bear it any longer and allowed her to ruin my nails. They are horribly uneven, unattractive, and have left me feeling even more dissatisfied. To add insult to injury, when my friend tipped Cindy, she had the audacity to ask for more than the initial $10 suggested!
I visited this establishment to have my girlfriend's nails done, but unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing. Her nails broke on the same day they were done. Not only did they lack durability, but the overall design was also poorly executed, with some areas left unpainted.
Just had my first dip manicure here, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results! My friend also had his first manicure and pedicure experience, and the transformation was remarkable! I will definitely make it a point to revisit when I'm in California again. Thank you for the fantastic service! Happy 4th of July!
