I visited for a haircut and full-color treatment appointment with Taylor K at the Ulta Salon and had an outstanding experience! Taylor flawlessly achieved the color and style I desired and displayed great expertise in both cutting and coloring hair. She was warm, knowledgeable, and delivered exceptional service, along with providing helpful hair care tips for my fresh color treatment. I will definitely be using her as my regular stylist moving forward :)

My inaugural visit to this salon was an absolute delight. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly inviting. Despite only going in for a haircut, my stylist, Quinn, did an outstanding job. She grasped my vision from the get-go and flawlessly brought it to life. Quinn is not only talented but also incredibly kind and sweet. I highly recommend booking a cut with her!

Yesterday, I got a tiny tattoo done by Tzippora and the entire experience was delightful! Her studio was spotless and cozy. The soothing music playing in the background (a rare treat during a tattoo session) made it feel like a spa visit! We had a pleasant chat, and I left feeling like I had just spent time with a friend. My tattoo is a small tribute to my late spouse and our beloved rescue kitty from our anniversary three years ago (her paw print). I am thrilled with how it turned out!

Brittney is truly exceptional! They possess magical hands that have transformed my hair into a state of unprecedented health and length. Their meticulous attention to detail and use of top-notch products sets them apart. I appreciate their efficiency, ensuring I am in and out of the salon in just 1-2 hours. Not only do I relish the engaging conversations in their chair, but I also depart feeling and looking stunning.

If I could rate a ZERO, I would. The worst stylist, terrible job, awful attitude, and possibly the worst customer service from a manager. I was referred to Alex by my stylist from another Supercuts because she was leaving. I told Alex I wanted natural highlights starting halfway down and grown out. I showed them a picture and explained how I wanted it. They acknowledged by saying, “you want a grown-out, natural look that frames the face,” to which I confirmed. I reiterated several times that I did not want chunky highlights, anything near the scalp, frosted or very blonde stripes, or drastic contrasts. They acknowledged and said there would be no problem. As for the cut, I showed them two pictures and requested a textured look. They asked if I wanted a shaggy look, to which I replied that I did not want too many layers that would flip and look like a Christmas tree, and I preferred a heavier bottom with fewer layers. So, I trusted them based on the referral and my detailed instructions, thinking I would be satisfied. While I was occupied with my phone during the blow-dry, I looked up to see the opposite of what I asked for and explicitly stated NOT to do! When I questioned why my hair was so light with many layers (they even mentioned they wouldn’t add many layers around my neck), they responded with a shrug, hand on hip, and a half-rolled eye, saying with an attitude, “well, you didn’t want me to blend it, so I didn’t.” In a rush, I paid $245 and left. The next day, I contacted the manager, who said they couldn't assist me and advised me to return to my previous stylist to fix it. However, my stylist had no availability. When I informed the manager of this, she callously replied, “oh well, there's nothing I can do about that.” Frustrated, I had to visit the Ramsey location to have all the white frosted highlights removed and get a new haircut by Miriam, who saved the day. I was so embarrassed by my hair that I had to pay to undo what Alex did to me. The white/silver frosted highlights were terribly uneven, and the haircut was a complete disaster, contrary to all my instructions. I wish I could contact the owner to express how awful Alex is and how disgraceful the customer service from their manager was. The actual outcome was far worse than what I showed and what Alex confirmed they could do with their 13 years of experience. The color was even worse in person, and the haircut made me resemble a squid and a Christmas tree. I have attached pictures of what I wanted versus what I received - a complete disaster.

Preet is exceptionally professional, possesses outstanding customer service skills, and is meticulous in her craft. Every time, she leaves my eyebrows looking PERFECT. This is the ultimate destination for flawless eyebrow threading!

I recently had the joy of visiting Drybar Nanuet and was truly impressed by the experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted, setting a positive tone for the entire visit. The personalized service was outstanding, with attentive stylists who carefully listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I desired. With my long, curly, VOLUMINOUS hair, I was amazed at how skillfully they handled my hair type...I've had some bad experiences elsewhere, but not here!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding over the weekend and Jennifer did all of our hair, including the bride, for a total of 7 of us. She arrived on time and completed all of us right on schedule. All 7 of us requested different styles, and Jennifer had no problem executing each beautifully, ranging from hair down to updos. If any of us wanted a touch-up or a slight change, she was more than happy to accommodate and did so with a warm smile. I have fairly thick hair, and Jennifer created gorgeous old Hollywood glam waves that are still holding up two days later and still look fantastic. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend her!
