I have been going to Natalie for about a year now, and she is absolutely fantastic! The experience is always comfortable, gentle, and smooth. My skin has improved significantly since I started waxing with her, as she provides great advice on skincare (such as exfoliation and moisturizing) and is both patient and efficient with my stubborn hair. I highly recommend her for a wonderful waxing experience!
Julia is incredibly knowledgeable about waxing and the products to use before and after the process. Despite this being my first waxing experience ever, I thought she would be gentle with my Brazilian wax, but I was mistaken. There was a moment when I asked her to proceed with caution and wait a bit before removing the wax, but she politely informed me that I was being overly cautious. Each strip of wax she removed was quick and without warning. My first time was not the best, but I am willing to give this place another chance with a different specialist.
Natalie is exceptional and highly professional! I adore her positive energy and friendly demeanor. Throughout our appointment, she made me feel incredibly at ease. Her touch was so gentle that I barely felt a thing! Natalie truly made my waxing experience enjoyable and left me with fantastic results. I will definitely be scheduling my next appointment with her!
