Positive aspect is its cleanliness and on the westside so near to home. The ladies are amiable and chatty. Had a couple local individuals in there the first time I visited which made me happy to see some diversity in there! I used to visit here before it transformed into Jax and enjoyed it then so I've given it a few attempts. I can't comment on the nails aspect because I always get a pedi but it's just OK. It's more like washing my feet and legs and painting my nails than any massaging unfortunately. I even brought my spouse this last time and he said the same thing. I've had a few different women so it's somewhat of a common occurrence. I work a fast-paced job in tennis shoes for 8 hours a day and would just love a good relaxing massage afterward. I've never received a basic package, always a deluxe or higher and I've yet to see the disparity in them. Guess I have to journey back to Kapolei. I might try again in the future. If I do I'll update.
They are a truly spotless venue but I guess it was my initial visit there the lady attempted to bill me $52 for acrylic nails. I informed her wow that's alright, I can head to another place and pay less than $40 she insisted that they were the most economical. I researched another nail place which is a well-known one and it cost only $35 for a full set. Nope she still said that's not correct. Didn't want to create a big fuss and just left. While departing she was conversing in her language to her colleagues that work there.
I just departed after an appointment with Tina and that place is absolutely fantastic! I've experimented and been loyal to other places but not anymore as Jaxs is less than 10 mins from home and their work and atmosphere was superior for me than those other places. I adore going to one in Aiea but just because it's too far I needed one closer. There were negative reviews but I can't comprehend why and glad I still came to find out for myself. They got me for lifetime! Thank you for the best experience!
