Decided on a spur-of-the-moment pedicure. No wait time at all. Every person I interacted with was exceedingly friendly. Hoi performed my pedicure and did an exceptional job! She paid great attention to detail with my nail shape and cuticles, ensuring the polish was flawless. I will unquestionably return for more pampering 😊...
Lucky Star is the most exceptional nail salon I have ever visited. The individuals there are incredibly amiable and engaging to converse with. The salon itself is impeccably clean and inviting! You will undoubtedly adore your experience here! ❤️
I phoned for advice on nail art, they claimed they could do it, but none of the inspiration pictures I had were achievable... we ended up with completely different nails instead. My daughter and I visited for nail services. I opted for a full set of acrylics, while she just got a basic color for a steep price. My natural nails are not properly attached to the fake ones, and my daughter's nails are already chipping, with both sets looking mismatched. Upon contacting them for a solution or partial refund, they declined the refund and insisted I come back for corrections. I was reluctant due to the distance and rushed service during our initial visit. Overall, I am frustrated with both the service and customer care. $85 down the drain - $20 for her nails and $65 for mine.
