Justin and Valerie did an exceptional job on my dip powder and my daughter's acrylic set. Much appreciated!
I visited about a week ago and received an acrylic set and a pedicure. During the pedicure, there was no inquiry about gel or regular polish. When I requested regular polish, I was met with an unpleasant attitude and the polish application turned out patchy. Furthermore, I waited nearly 30 minutes without any updates on my acrylic set. Within just a week, 4 nails have already lifted, which has never happened to me before with acrylic nails. I will definitely not be returning. The staff's communication was terrible and their behavior was simply disrespectful.
I went in for a pedicure. Despite being one of the first customers, the initial greeting was good. However, the pedicure experience was disappointing. The technician was more engrossed in conversations with colleagues than focusing on my pedicure. I opted for the #2 pedicure, but it did not meet the expected standards. The massage was subpar, nail trimming was done without consent, and the overall service did not align with what was promised for a $56 pedicure. Regrettably, this was one of the worst pedicures I've had in a long time.
