I selected this salon for its convenient online booking feature, which is quite nice. During my initial visit, I didn't have a specific nail technician preference and was assigned Monny. She was incredibly sweet, gentle, and did an exceptional job on my nails. Monny has now done my nails twice, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The salon is impeccably clean and exudes a very calming atmosphere. For my first appointment, I opted for builder gel with 5 different colors, which I absolutely loved. However, considering that I am quite tough on my nails, Monny suggested acrylic for my second visit as it would be more durable.
I would not suggest visiting this salon! The individual who performed my pedicure accidentally cut my toe, uttered an “uh-oh”, and did not offer an apology. Furthermore, he applied a substance to my toe that caused a stinging sensation without informing me beforehand. To make matters worse, he glued two of my toes together and then forcibly separated them, tearing off the glue. This was by far the worst pedicure experience I have ever had.
