I haven’t had my hair styled in so long, my dad wanted to try Emily’s. So we go and everything’s great until I see the final look. First photo is what I requested, and second is what I ended up with. If there was 0 stars, I would've chosen it. Never again, shaking my head.
Awful service, went in for a haircut and it was the quickest cut ever. I was finished in 15 minutes. I also asked if she could fix the uneven layers and she just stared at me!!
Terrible experience, my hair is in pain from how much he cut off and how uneven the layers are. My scalp feels irritated. Overall, I will definitely not return or recommend this salon.
