I had a fantastic massage experience here. The staff were friendly and professional. I requested a bit more pressure from my therapist, and she adjusted perfectly to my preferences. The room temperature was comfortable. Communication required a bit more explanation at times, but it all worked out well in the end. The location might be a bit outdated, but I'm mainly focused on the treatment with my eyes closed anyway! I acknowledge the hard work these individuals put in standing all day, and I value their dedication.
My partner and I are from CA and visited this place during our trip. The staff were delightful, and the spa had the most pleasant scent I've ever experienced! It was consistent throughout the entire visit, not overpowering or artificial. It truly enhanced the overall experience. The team was knowledgeable and supportive. The facilities were clean and well-kept. We would love to return in the future.
My partner and I enjoyed a one-hour couples massage. As a massage therapist myself, I can vouch for the professionalism of the services provided here. The only minor issue I encountered was that my therapist left the room twice during the session, once to adjust the music and for another reason I'm unsure of, each time for less than a minute. On the other hand, my partner's therapist stayed with him throughout. Nevertheless, the massage was exceptional. Communication was excellent, and the space was spotless. The pressure applied was consistent, and my therapist was careful to avoid the area where I had surgery four months ago. Both my partner and I agreed that the massages were fantastic, relaxing, and the pressure was just right. It was a perfect way to conclude our vacation before heading home! I highly recommend this place. Remember to park behind the building to avoid parking fees.
