I received the most relaxing Japanese head spa service today with Kayla. The salon was welcoming, so clean and everyone was very kind. The service is an elaborate scalp facial that will leave you completely relaxed and feeling like your head and scalp are getting the royal treatment. The surface awaken products used during the service are designed to create the optimal scalp surface and promote hair growth and diminish hair loss. I had a fantastic massage experience here. The staff were friendly and professional. I requested a bit more pressure from my therapist, and she adjusted perfectly to my preferences. The room temperature was comfortable. Communication required a bit more explanation at times, but it all worked out well in the end. The location might be a bit outdated, but I'm mainly focused on the treatment with my eyes closed anyway! My spouse and I opted for the 90-minute couples massage with hot stones, and it surpassed all my expectations. It was truly the best massage I've ever received, despite having had numerous massages in the past. The therapist applied just the right amount of deep pressure and worked wonders on my shoulder and shoulder blade area. The full-body massage was a truly delightful experience. We are already planning to return every time we come to Myrtle Beach. My daughter was taken for a hair trim and her hair was completely ruined, Emily was mentioned in my post seeking someone to help fix it for me. She reached out to me personally, and instructed me to come to the salon in 40 minutes for a fix! Thank you for sorting out my girl's hair, she now wants to return for her next trim and will bring her father who, since relocating to TX, has struggled to find a good stylist! I have been getting my hair styled by Kerra for nearly 2 years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have paid $65 for haircuts in cities like Dallas and NYC that didn't come close to the quality of hers. She is attentive and incredibly meticulous, which is why I continue to be a loyal customer.
