Awful customer service experience. I arrived at 5:59 on a Sunday to pick up a single item for my daughter's hair. The door was unlocked, but I was rudely told "we're closed" as I entered. Even though I just needed one item, the lady insisted the register was already closed. I offered to pay in exact cash, but she still refused to make a sale. If a customer walks in at 5:59, they should still be treated with respect and served.
