The staff here is exceptionally friendly. They managed to fit in my daughter for a haircut on her birthday, and she is thrilled with her new fabulous hairstyle. We will definitely be returning for future visits.
I visited this salon for the blowout membership and it was truly disappointing. Despite scheduling appointments each time, I consistently had to wait for over 20 minutes, rendering the appointment pointless. The waiting area is cramped, with a small couch surrounded by products, making it difficult to move without risking knocking something over. Furthermore, the staff rushed through the process, scrubbing the scalp aggressively and causing discomfort during the blow dry just to expedite the service. Their cancellation policy is unreasonable, as even during the resurgence of COVID, they charge for cancellations due to illness, potentially endangering both customers and staff. I will not be returning.
Desired a professional hair dye job with subtle highlights, but the final result was indistinguishable from a box dye costing $12. After paying $305 plus tip, I left the salon feeling dissatisfied.
