Bernie stands out as the top associate, addressing customers by their names, offering valuable information, and dedicating ample time to assist. I often mistook her for a manager due to her consistent presence, and I believe she deserves a managerial role. While the other staff members are pleasant, none compare to Bernie. I hope age is not a factor in the decision-making process, as encountering her at the counter always ensures a delightful experience for me and others.
