Meli is extremely skilled as a massage therapist. I had gone without a massage for nearly two years due to consistently disappointing experiences. The first time Meli worked on me, I was close to tears 🥺😭 She is knowledgeable, intuitive, and truly exceptional at what she does! Her technique and attention to detail are outstanding, and I wouldn't want anyone else working on me, although she does encourage me to explore more! Beauty Lab provides top-notch customer service from the reception to the support staff and everyone you encounter in the corridors! The no-tipping policy is a favorite of mine! I had such a wonderful experience at this establishment. My folks gifted me a voucher for a spa day which included a massage, facial, and pedicure. I actually dozed off during the facial! 😂 I was completely relaxed. I did call later to inquire about booking massages for my husband and daughter, and I wasn't too pleased with how the lady on the phone spoke to me... but overall, it wasn't enough to dock more than a star. The staff in person were incredibly friendly. Perhaps I caught her on an off day.
