Another fantastic Botox session with Quinn! They are incredibly knowledgeable and offer great advice on any concerns I may have. Beauty Lab provides top-notch customer service from the reception to the support staff and everyone you encounter in the corridors! The no-tipping policy is a favorite of mine! You know the exact amount you'll pay with no awkward moments or unexpected charges! For all my beauty needs, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I visited earlier this month with a pal for facials and it was an incredible experience right from the moment we stepped in. Casey and Morgan were exceptionally welcoming and outgoing, patiently addressing around 600 of our queries during check-in. Our facials were performed by Avery and Harper, and honestly, it was the best facial I've ever had anywhere. They were both outstanding! Incredibly warm, amiable, and professional. We will definitely return!
