I have been a loyal customer at this salon for nearly two years and have always been delighted with the nail designs. The staff is friendly and professional, and I consistently receive compliments on my nails. A great place for nail services.
My first experience at Nexgen exceeded my expectations. Angela did an exceptional job on my nails, paying close attention to detail and ensuring they were shaped perfectly. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning.
I visited this nail salon last week and unfortunately developed a severe infection in my nail bed. Despite undergoing medical treatment, including antibiotics and a draining procedure, the pain and discomfort persist. When I requested a refund from the salon, the manager refused to take responsibility and instead blamed my skin condition. The lack of accountability and empathy displayed by the management was disappointing. I will not be returning to this establishment.
