Consistently excellent service! I usually come in for brunch. I've had different servers and they've all been top-notch. Despite passing by many other diners, I always choose my favorite, the W-diner. The staff is always welcoming, the restaurant is always spotless, and I rarely have to wait for my meal.
I used to love this diner, but my last meal was disappointing. I always order the same burger and fries at any restaurant I visit and never had an issue, but this time my burger was overcooked and the fries were soggy. When I asked the server to fix it, they blamed me for choosing a burger that was too well-done, even though I've never had this problem before. The server also claimed they spent 2 hours preparing my meal that day, which is not true. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning.
Another amazing visit! My son and brother had a blast too! Alex, Ben, and Chris were fantastic!!
