I've been a loyal customer at this nail salon for years now. I absolutely adore Alex!!! However, my last three visits have been quite disappointing. Not because of Alex, but due to the other staff members. Usually, we visit the salon on Saturdays and, according to management, only one out of the three employees actually knows how to do acrylics... my sister needed a fill-in and the technician who was supposed to help her let another customer go ahead after an hour wait. The manager claimed my sister was extremely rude, which was not the case at all. I had to explain the situation to her, even though I shouldn't have had to in the first place. The lack of professionalism at this place is truly disappointing. Unless I can guarantee that Alex will be the one doing my nails, I won't be returning. We've given them multiple chances, thinking they just needed more support. I highly recommend Alex at City Nails and would give her 10 stars if I could. However, the other technicians are unprofessional. If you're in the Murfreesboro area and can't book with Alex, I suggest LV Bar as all their staff members are skilled in every service they offer.
Just had a pedicure done yesterday and it's already chipping off. Rushed because the next client arrived, so it looks like I did it myself. Not worth the $70 I paid, especially with a $30 tip given. Disappointed as the best part was the leg massage.
The pedicure I got yesterday chipped within a day. 😑
