My kids had a fantastic time here. They got their ears pierced without any tears, thanks to the skilled staff. I'm the parent of the three children who thoroughly enjoyed their visit to the store 😉...
Terrible experience with the gentleman at the store. Visited for a third ear piercing and was pushed towards expensive options. When we chose a moderately priced earring, he became dismissive and claimed it could cause infection - why does Claire's sell such items? Despite our insistence, he refused to proceed with the piercing and we had to drive back 30 minutes empty-handed. Used to love Claire's but doubt we'll return soon.
