My top coat of gel polish chipped on one nail the day after I got the manicure/polish. Not too thrilled about that. I inquired about accommodating a small group for a bachelorette party to have nail services, but they abruptly ended the call. Initially, she mentioned consulting the owner, but quickly returned to deny group bookings without even asking about the group size. Extremely poor customer service.
