Oh my goodness. I am absolutely SHOCKED at how terrible my experience was. My nails look incredibly awful, and I am at a loss for words. After enduring 2 hours of pain and being cut to the point of bleeding, I had to leave without getting my nails polished because I couldn't bear another moment. And to top it off, I was charged $45 for this disaster. A word of advice to the nail technician - if you're not skilled in doing a fill with black powder, please refrain from attempting it. A refund is the only suitable solution in this situation.
I am thrilled with how my nails turned out!! The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, always checking in to ensure I was happy with the result and asking if there was anything else I needed. It was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place!
