PLEASE NOTE- I will NEVER revisit this establishment. I was in the vicinity and needed a haircut so I thought it would be “convenient” to go here. I start a new job tomorrow so I wanted a fresh cut. Went as a walk-in, and there was no wait so I thought it would be relaxing. Nope, total opposite. I requested to have my hair washed before they cut it, and it was so unpleasant. After the wash, my hair STILL had a lot of shampoo and conditioner residue when I went to sit & get my haircut. I asked Alex to clean up my hair & take an inch then see if I want more cut off. My hair was so UNEVEN after!!!! So I asked for a little more to be cut and it was still uneven!!!!. I have not had a haircut this bad since I was a kid. Wish I would have read these kinds of reviews before I went...
This salon is so fantastic. The staff is extremely kind. I got my haircut with Taylor. She was pleasant and efficient! The price was great for just a cut. I left there with super soft hair so I will be returning again.
