Upon visiting this salon for a pedicure, my sister experienced a horrifying incident. The technician aggressively used a metal foot file, typically meant for callus removal, on the side of her pinky toe, resulting in a deep and painful wound. It was shocking to see how much skin was removed, posing a serious risk of infection. My sister endured days of discomfort, bleeding, and the arduous task of cleaning the wound daily. We are hopeful for her swift recovery. Such a severe mishap is unprecedented in a nail salon, and the fact that the technician responsible is the owner's daughter raises concerns about accountability. I urge others to steer clear of this establishment and seek services elsewhere. Should the salon wish to address this issue, they are welcome to reach out to me.

UPDATE 2024: While waiting for an oil change, I decided to have my nails done at this salon. I inquired about various nail options like stickers, mood polish, and chrome, but was disappointed to learn they did not offer them. Furthermore, the technician refused to work on my XL Ballerina nails, citing their length as an issue.
