Upon visiting this salon for a pedicure, my sister experienced a horrifying incident. The technician aggressively used a metal foot file, typically meant for callus removal, on the side of her pinky toe, resulting in a deep and painful wound. It was shocking to see how much skin was removed, posing a serious risk of infection. My sister endured days of discomfort, bleeding, and the arduous task of cleaning the wound daily. We are hopeful for her swift recovery. Such a severe mishap is unprecedented in a nail salon, and the fact that the technician responsible is the owner's daughter raises concerns about accountability. I inquired about various nail options like stickers, mood polish, and chrome, but was disappointed to learn they did not offer them. Furthermore, the technician refused to work on my XL Ballerina nails, citing their length as an issue. Despite being the only customer present, I left feeling dissatisfied with the service provided.
