Upon visiting this salon for a pedicure, my sister experienced a horrifying incident. The technician aggressively used a metal foot file, typically meant for callus removal, on the side of her pinky toe, resulting in a deep and painful wound. It was shocking to see how much skin was removed, posing a serious risk of infection. My sister endured days of discomfort, bleeding, and the arduous task of cleaning the wound daily. We are hopeful for her swift recovery. Such a severe mishap is unprecedented in a nail salon, and the fact that the technician responsible is the owner's daughter raises concerns about accountability. I urge others to steer clear of this establishment and seek services elsewhere. Should the salon wish to address this issue, they are welcome to reach out to me.

I have visited this shop multiple times over the years and have always received exceptional service, which is why I continued to return. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I was unaware of the negative reviews concerning the owner's daughter. It turns out that the woman who previously provided me with excellent service is no longer employed there. The young woman, presumably the daughter, applied so many layers of nail polish on my toes that none of it dried properly and ended up smudging into a thick, messy layer. I had to scrape it off the next day. Despite her attempts at conversation, I had come to the salon for relaxation and to listen to my Audible, not for chitchat. It is disheartening to witness the decline of this female-owned business, but I have decided not to return.

Accompanying my 14-year-old granddaughter for a nail appointment, she requested a French tip design painted in black. However, the end result was far from satisfactory - her nails were painted in a lumpy, solid black color without any semblance of a French tip. My granddaughter, being a quiet and reserved individual, did not express her dissatisfaction until after we departed. She mentioned that the nail technician appeared to be under the influence, even stating so to her face. Furthermore, the technician bombarded her with intrusive personal questions, making her feel extremely uncomfortable. I will not be patronizing this establishment again, especially after paying $45 for the service plus a $5 tip, only for my granddaughter to cry all the way home.
