My first spa experience ever was with Latoya, and it was absolutely amazing! I won a giveaway for Mother’s Day, and I felt so blessed to have such a wonderful experience. Latoya worked wonders on my skin! The spa was spotless, and the atmosphere was incredibly serene. It was truly one of the best Mother’s Day gifts I've ever received. I can't wait to return! Exorbitant prices. I visited this place to fix a broken nail and change the color, the proprietor tried to charge $30 whereas my usual nail salon in the mall charges $5-6 for a repair and $10-15 for a color change. My acquaintances' kin used to frequent this place but stopped due to the inconsistent pricing and excessive tipping pressure. They create an atmosphere where you feel compelled to tip generously even when the quality of work is subpar. I previously had a full set done here and didn't return until now when my nail broke, but I initially ceased going because after the full set, my cuticles were sore and lacerated. I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for many years. Under the new ownership, they have retained the same staff, which was a pleasant surprise. Veronica has been taking care of my feet for years, and I continue to visit this salon solely for her exceptional pedicure services. Most of the time, I am promptly attended to, and even on busy days, Veronica ensures that the wait is worthwhile. I find that visiting early in the morning guarantees a more enjoyable experience, as weekends tend to be quite hectic.
