I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for many years. Under the new ownership, they have retained the same staff, which was a pleasant surprise. Veronica has been taking care of my feet for years, and I continue to visit this salon solely for her exceptional pedicure services. Most of the time, I am promptly attended to, and even on busy days, Veronica ensures that the wait is worthwhile. I find that visiting early in the morning guarantees a more enjoyable experience, as weekends tend to be quite hectic. The salon and restroom are consistently clean and well-maintained.

This establishment was truly one of the most disappointing nail salons I have ever visited. My visit was approximately a month ago. While the space appeared clean, there was a particular lady working there who seemed inexperienced with applying tips. As a customer, I found myself constantly having to instruct her on what to do. The end result was nails that were uneven and bumpy. Moreover, she was overly aggressive in removing my cuticles, even after I voiced my discomfort. When I expressed my concerns, she responded with an attitude. I decided to leave, informing her that I no longer required their services. Sadly, the nails she applied fell off just a week later. If you are seeking acrylic nails, I highly recommend avoiding this salon.

I had a scheduled appointment at 12:30 pm for a pedicure and manicure at this salon. It was my first time there, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, especially considering the recent change in management. Despite arriving on time and informing them of my presence, I was not attended to or even acknowledged until 1 pm. The lack of professionalism was evident. Even when they finally gestured for me to come to the pedicure chair, there was no apology for the delay. A warm greeting and acknowledgment of my wait would have made a significant difference in my perception. Throughout my visit, I observed multiple customers expressing dissatisfaction with their appointments, wait times, and service scheduling issues. The staff appeared dismissive, unapologetic, and lacking in professionalism. One customer waited over 2 hours for a manicure after receiving a pedicure, while another unfortunate individual fell and hit her head due to the staff's negligence in assisting her with a wheeled chair. Fortunately, my husband was present to help her up, preventing a potential lawsuit.
