Absolutely go elsewhere!!! I've been a regular at this place for over 7 years, but ever since the owner Taylor opened a stunning salon in Bayshore, this establishment has taken a nosedive. I attempted to give it a chance, but Alex, the new owner, is dismissive, always insists on being right, and reacts childishly when faced with an issue, delegating problem-solving to others. I left with uneven and bumpy nails, being told it was just "dust," yet was still charged the full amount. The "quick dry" service resulted in bubbling and had to be redone, extending the drying time to 25 minutes with the same unsatisfactory outcome. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was informed that regular polish is different from gel polish, and there's unavoidable dust in the air, with the quick dry service not even being charged for. As if this was a gesture of goodwill after the chaos (which I didn't even request), I left visibly displeased as Alex engrossed himself in phone games, not even bothering to bid farewell. Utter lack of professionalism.
