I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I went in for a full set, and the technician accidentally cut me twice. The polish application was uneven and lumpy, using old nail polish. I visited on Saturday, 9-16, and three of my nails have already peeled off due to the old products and thick coats applied.
My first visit here for French nails was a disaster. I'm so disappointed as I wanted them to look nice for an event. I wish the nail technician had been honest about not being confident in doing them, so I could have gone elsewhere. Instead, she practiced on me and charged full price. Besides the terrible French nails, she filed the sides so much that it caused pain and burning on my nails. I mentioned it, and she stopped. The salon is not clean and quite small. I won't be returning.
This salon is a gem! I've been a loyal customer for years, and they always provide excellent suggestions that enhance my nails with the perfect color and manicure/pedicure. The pedicurist gives a relaxing massage to my legs and feet, making me feel truly pampered. The atmosphere is friendly and enjoyable!
