I entered for highlights and exited with my hair like this. I requested solely for my discount price of 87$ and the supervisor Rachel mentioned I could visit the salon and receive reimbursement for the harm to my shirt. I reside over an hour away and inquired if she would solely refund for the discount price not even the entire 117$ I paid. She has not replied to me for weeks. I presume I'm not receiving a refund. She spilled bleach all over my shirt and twice on the top of my head. I had to pay someone else to rectify my hair. I am displeased with being disregarded or the caliber of service.
My initial visit here exceeded expectations!! I possess wavy locks and struggle to entrust someone to trim my hair. Took a chance and arranged an appointment here. Rachael trimmed my hair and she MASTERED the art of cutting wavy hair. Exceptional!! So content that I arranged another appointment for her to add color to my hair. I yearn for a before and after photo to showcase.
