I entered for highlights and exited with my hair like this. I requested solely for my discount price of 87$ and the supervisor Rachel mentioned I could visit the salon and receive reimbursement for the harm to my shirt. I reside over an hour away and inquired if she would solely refund for the discount price not even the entire 117$ I paid. She has not replied to me for weeks. I presume I'm not receiving a refund. She spilled bleach all over my shirt and twice on the top of my head. I had to pay someone else to rectify my hair.
