The WHOLE team is absolutely amazing! From scheduling appointments, to consultations (I've changed up my cuts and colors over the years I've been going to L.A.B.), to sitting in the chair - I truly cannot express enough about this talented group of individuals. Taylor is my stylist and she just understands perfectly. She has been able to achieve the precise blonde I desired, always sets realistic expectations, and prioritizes the health and strength of my hair. So Taylor and I discuss options, plan out my upcoming appointments, and progress from there. If you're in search of a new salon, I *highly* recommend L.A.B. and Taylor!
Lab is unequivocally the finest Salon I have ever visited! The ambiance is calming and welcoming, and all the team members are sincere and skilled. When I opted to reduce some of the blonde in my hair and transition to a darker shade, the stylist guided me through the process of darkening and even recommended home products That will fortify my hair. I have very fine hair and have struggled to find the appropriate products. They were patient with me, explaining the products they were using on my hair and how to dry and style it for added Volume! Now, not only do I have my hair done there, but I also have received powder brows and frequently visit for eyebrow shaping, waxing, tinting, and henna. Darla and Alina are my trusted go-to professionals!
I began visiting here about a year ago, it genuinely feels like a close-knit community! Every time I walk in, everyone is so cheerful. Alina handles my brow tints, waxes, and lash extensions, she consistently grasps exactly what I want and dedicates her time to enhance my beauty. Darla is always enthusiastic about the various cuts and dyes I request for my hair and consistently brings my ideas to reality. Regardless of the service I receive, I always depart feeling like a rejuvenated version of myself❤️ LAB salon is always very accommodating and empathetic in scheduling, and their customer service is exceptional. Jess is an excellent mentor and although I haven’t experienced services from any of the other ladies, I would have confidence in any of them!
