My experience at this store was underwhelming. There was limited space to navigate for individuals in wheelchairs or motorized scooters. I found some items to be excessively priced, and the staff lacked friendliness. No one offered assistance, and I left feeling very let down.
My family and I went to the Waterfront yesterday after scheduling an appointment online for 7:30. We received confirmation through text and email. Upon arriving at 7:23, we were informed that the appointment couldn't be honored as they close at 8:00. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were turned away after a 30-minute drive. Today, we visited the Waterfront location, and the experience was excellent. Even the person who pierced my daughter's ears expressed shock at how we were treated. The online booking system needs to be fixed.
I am extremely frustrated with Claire’s. I took my child to have their ears pierced last week. We diligently followed the aftercare instructions. This morning, we discovered that the earring was embedded in the skin, and the ear was beginning to close up. We had to rush to the doctor, who couldn't remove the earring. Now, we have to consult a dermatologist to have it extracted. It seems like either the earrings were too small or the piercing was done incorrectly. I strongly advise against getting ear piercings here.
