My stylist completely missed the mark on what I requested. Despite showing her a photo, she barely glanced at it. As a result, my hair looks nothing like the picture. It's even shorter than I had wanted. I won't be returning. My advice: opt for a top-tier stylist if you want to achieve your desired look. She didn't even engage with me; instead, she conversed with everyone else around her.
Having recently relocated to NV from OH, I was in search of a new barbershop. I came across The Barber Shop West on Instagram. Upon dropping by, the team was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I decided to book an appointment with Jordan Hayes. She is truly exceptional. She dedicated time to understand my hair preferences and we settled on a gorgeous all-over brown for my hair color. She is a true professional and absolutely nailed it. I left feeling like a brand-new person. It was the best color I've had in ages. I will definitely return.
