Chose this establishment based on positive feedback to have my acrylics removed alongside a companion. While my friend's nails were swiftly taken off in around 5 minutes, mine were soaked and then filed away, which I didn't mind. However, the individual who filed off the acrylic caused 7 out of 10 of my nail beds to bleed. I expressed discomfort three times before they slowed down and became more attentive, but even then, it was still unsettling to submerge my bleeding fingers back into acetone. This occurred on Saturday, and the images were taken yesterday (the day after). Completely unacceptable.
Exceedingly skilled and innovative, Ben consistently delivers on my intricate nail designs. His work never fails to impress. Kudos to Ben!
